The specific booth that I have been visited is the puto making. I didn't have the chance to observe the procedures/processes they have made because I am sick last Friday and I didn't got the chance yesterday cause I guess I was late. But the outcome shows it all that the puto is well-made. 

Steamed rice cake is a truly Asian thing. Only in Asia you can find a steamed rice cake or more commonly known as puto, in varying shapes, size and colors. I learned that making puto is easy and delicious when made right. It was fun making a puto especially when doing it with family or friends as a bonding.
